A knowledge harvesting Wiki has been created (click here to access).A bottom-up, participative and community centered approach complementary to the top-down one embodied by International Organizations has to be created.
A wiki based knowledge well seems to be coolest way to do it. With 'Think globally, act locally' in mind one can reasonably foresee this space maturing, fruiting and disperse seeds in the California, USA, North American, and the World ecoregions.
